RETURN POLICY

We will not issue refunds

  • If your product is damaged upon arrival, please return your item and we will give you store credit if your item is deemed damaged.

RETURNS

KNGDM LIFESTYLE APPAREL deliberately examines all items before shipping to reduce the likelihood of our customers receiving damaged garments. Returns should only take place if your item arrives to you damaged. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, or smoke. In the event that the item does not match the original condition the item was sent in the buyer will not receive store credit.

  • The customer is responsible for any shipping fees to return an item back to KNGDM LIFESTYLE APPAREL.

  • We will not give store credit for items that have been worn, washed, or soiled

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

  • Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  • We reserve the right to withhold store credit for any item that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

WHEN MAKING A RETURN:

  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition (including all paperwork).

  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and the reason for your return on a piece of paper.

  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.

  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
